Conditions of Sale

■ Building design services are furnished on the condition that liability is limited to correction and reprinting of drawings and / or specifications. We reserve the right to modify drawings and / or specifications as required, and to issue addenda thereto.
■ Unless otherwise agreed to in writing, drawings and / or specifications are made available to Client for use in construction at the location indicated, one time use only; and ownership of design, drawings and specifications, and rights of re-use, belong exclusively to Designer.
■ Licensed architect’s or engineer’s seal is not included unless stated in “Services Included” above, and if and when required by state or local code enforcement or other agency, and when required, is subject to ADDITIONAL DESIGN FEES.
■ After Preliminary Design Drawings have been approved by Client, if Client requests any substantial change involving TIME, SERVICES or EXPENSES by Designer, Client agrees to compensate Designer for such additional services at the rate of FIFTY-FIVE DOLLARS ($55) PER HOUR.
■ If Scope or Size of Project changes substantially from that indicated above, the Amount of Fee will be adjusted to reflect the additional work.
□ Client agrees to allow Building Designer the RIGHT TO PHOTOGRAPH, and to use photographs taken both during and on completion of Project.

All Custom, Standard, Basic & Builder package fees are subject to acceptance and/or change by Wayne Short & Co
